AERIAL SILKS

Currently, we offer Intro, Beginning and Intermediate Silks for ages 16 and up. We will add levels as our students progress. We start close to the ground then work out way up as skills increase. We also offer aerial classes for 7-10 year olds and 10-15 year olds! Message for more info about our 12 week sessions.

AERIAL HOOP

We offer Intro, Beginning and Intermediate Hoop for ages 16 and up. We will learn mounts and begin to work skills inside the hoop. We will add levels as our students progress.We also offer aerial classes for 7-10 year olds and 10-15 year olds! Message for more info about our 12 week sessions.

Strength and Flexibility

FLEXIBILITY

This class will supplement your aerial skills by helping you to get more comfortable with your flexibility. All levels welcome.

Gentle stretching, relaxation and foam rolling.

AERIAL HAMMOCK

POUND

Hammock is silks folded in half to a loop. We will learn awesome tricks, spins, poses and stretches. All levels are welcome!

POUND is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout.
